Summer Yum!
One of my favorite parts of summer is all the sweet berries that become available at the farmer’s markets and in the stores. Since it is their season the berries are cheaper than at other times of year and taste much better. So when my partner and I were invited to a very special celebration (his great aunt’s 92nd birthday – talk about Lasting Balance!) I decided to experiment with something I had never made before – chocolate covered strawberries and raspberries.
